Is Highlands Glen Academy accredited?

We are currently in the process of obtaining regional accreditation. While this process is underway, we operate as a private school, offering a standards-aligned curriculum taught by qualified teachers. Students can still earn an official transcript and diploma, and we’re committed to full accreditation before the end of the 2025-2026 school year

What does tuition cover?

Tuition includes all courses, teacher support, grading, digital materials and lab supplies.* Families may pay monthly or annually at a discounted rate. Supplemental tutoring sessions are available for an additional cost.

*International families may be responsible for sourcing their own materials for hands-on labs or activities if needed.

What grades do you serve?

We offer a complete K–12 program with age-appropriate curriculum and support at every grade level.

Can students enroll any time?

Yes! We offer year-round enrollment, so your student can begin whenever you're ready.

Do students work on a schedule?

Our courses are asynchronous, meaning students can learn anytime, anywhere. Assignments have suggested pacing, but students may work ahead or take breaks between courses as needed.

Are parents responsible for teaching?

No. Our qualified teachers provide instruction, feedback, and support. Parents are welcome to supplement student learning, but it is not required.

Do you work with international students?

Yes, we accept international students. Our fully online program allows students around the world to access a quality education.

What does graduation look like if the school isn’t accredited yet?

We anticipate full accreditation before the end of the school year, ensuring students are able to graduate as expected. Students who complete their coursework at Highlands Glen Academy will receive a transcript and diploma. In addition, we offer dual enrollment and require standardized testing to support college and career readiness. These options ensure students are well-prepared and have access to a recognized diploma path.
